Position Overview

Jet Food Stores requires versatile team members to manage customer-facing retail transactions and operate in-house deli counters. This position ensures rapid, friendly service for local commuters and regional logistics drivers passing through the Evans County area, focusing on inventory management and health code compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate point-of-sale systems to process fuel, merchandise, and food purchases accurately.
• Prepare hot and cold deli food items in strict compliance with state food safety guidelines.
• Adhere to all city, county, state, and federal alcohol and tobacco sales regulations.
• Maintain interior and exterior store cleanliness, including restroom sanitation and fuel pump areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Basic mathematics and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be legally eligible to sell age-restricted products (alcohol/tobacco) according to Georgia law.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 pounds of inventory.
