Key Responsibilities
- Perform area cleanup and ground maintenance around mill operations
- Assist with lumber flow by clearing blockages and jams
- Develop multi-machine operating skills to expand responsibilities over time

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or lumber experience preferred but not required
- Able to walk, stand, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for a full shift
- Team-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and workplace excellence
