Position Overview
Evans Memorial Hospital in Claxton, GA is an essential rural community hospital dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for our Medical/Surgical and Emergency Department units.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive bedside patient care, medication administration, and clinical status evaluations.
- Coordinate with attending physicians, pharmacy staff, and care coordinators on discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and adhere to nursing quality benchmarks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia (or multi-state compact license).
- Current BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred or obtained within 6 months).
- New nursing graduates from Southeastern Tech or Georgia Southern ASN/BSN programs are encouraged to apply (comprehensive preceptorship provided).
