Key Responsibilities

• Assist the primary teacher in planning and implementing daily early childhood development activities.
• Provide active supervision and behavioral support to ensure a safe classroom environment.
• Engage with children using Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) methodologies.
• Help maintain accurate documentation of student progress and classroom activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Child Development Associate (CDA) credential highly preferred.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in a structured educational or daycare setting.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and health screening.
